About Me:
Presently Professor in the functional area Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour I have been teaching at the Faculty since December 1989.  I have pursued my education from University of Delhi from graduation onwards. I have a B.A. (Hons.) Psychology, M.A. (Psychology) and M.Phil (Psychology) specializing in Organizational Behaviour. I received Ph.D in Management and worked on "Innovative Human Reosurce Practices in Select organizations".  My doctoral work received a citation award from American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).

I am also a recipient of Career Award for Young Teachers from AICTE for the year 2001-2002. I have also completed the International Teachers Programme (ITP) from Kelogg School of Management, USA. 
I have been a keen researcher and published in national and international journals. I ahve also been collaborating with researchers at international level. 
Alongside I have been associated with administrative work in the university. I was the Deputy Dean (Foreign Students) of the University of Delhi for four years and presently I am the Provost of University Hostel for Women. 

I am associated with a number of International Journals in the Editorial Review Member. I have a range of research interest  with primary focus on Innovative HR practices, Organizational Commitment, Work-Life issues, Career Management, CSR, Gender and Higher Education.
