Application Procedure for
Admission to Part-Time Programmes
MBA (Part-Time) and MBA (Health Care Administration)

Mode-I (Online Registration and payment of admission fee through demand draft)
- Visit the FMS Admissions webpage http://fmsadm.du.ac.in
- Fill-in the required information correctly.
- After pressing ‘Next’ button at the end of the page, Verify the data entered on the summary page that appears on screen. After the registration information is confirmed here, no data can be modified.
- A confirmation page ‘ADMISSION TICKET 2008’ would appear stating the candidate’s name, registration number, address, space for photograph, space for signature and the amount to be paid by the candidate as admission test fee.
- Take a printout of the page ‘ADMISSION TICKET 2008’. This page after filling in required information along with bank draft and caste certificate (if any) has to be mailed to Faculty of Management Studies well before November 30, 2007.
- Admission fee can be paid only by a Demand draft in favour of ‘Registrar, University of Delhi’ and payable at Delhi.
- Fill in the required columns viz. (i) Signature (ii) attach Recent passport size self-attested photograph (iii) Details of the Demand draft made towards admission test fee.
- Send the completed form above along with the Demand draft and caste certificate (if any) to Administrative Officer, Faculty of management Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi 110007 clearly postmarked before the last date.
- The receipt would be acknowledged through e-mail once the demand draft is realized.
- Candidate would receive the authenticated admission ticket with roll number before the test date.
- Only those candidates would be allowed to take the admission test whose documents (Completed admission ticket, demand draft of correct amount and caste certificates
(if any)) are received and found to be in order at the FMS office on or before the last date.
The admission fee are as follows:
For General category and CW (Children of War-widows) candidates:
(i) Applying for M.B.A.(PT) only : Rs. 500
(ii) Applying for M.B.A. (HCA) only: Rs. 500
For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates:
(iii) Applying for M.B.A.(PT) only : Rs. 125
(iv) Applying for M.B.A. (HCA) only: Rs. 125
Mode-II (Physical Form)
Information bulletin along with Application forms can be purchased from designated branches of State bank of India and FMS premises both in North and South Campus. Click here for the list of designated SBI Branches. As the cost of the Information bulletin also includes the Admission test fee, the costs of the bulletin are as follows:
For General category and CW (Children of War-widows) candidates:

At the designated branches, applicants have to fill-in the printed Bank payment counter-foils (supplied by FMS) with their Name, Name of the branch and the Correct amount. The bank officials would return two portions of this Counter-foil to the candidate along with the packet containing Information bulletin and application form.
Candidate needs to attach one stamped counterfoil, in original, with the completed application form while sending it to FMS. Applications without the Counter-foil or with counter-foil of in-correct amount would be rejected and amount received will not be refunded.
