The Final Placements at FMS is a two-step process. The first being Lateral Placements. The Lateral Placements program is an endeavor to adequately compensate students with relevant managerial experience. The Lateral Placements process kick starts in December with Corporates recruiting students with adequate managerial experience.

The second step of the Placements Program at FMS is the Final Placements, usually held in the month of February. The sweat and grind of two years finally pays off when each and every student is placed where she aspired to be as she entered the hallowed portals of FMS.
