
The HR & OB Society is a student-run platform that focuses on understanding, shaping, and advancing the human side of organizations. We work at the intersection of Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, and leadership to help students build strong people management, culture design, and decision-making capabilities.
Through structured interview prep, discussions, mock interviews, competitions, workshops, and speaker sessions, the Society helps students translate classroom concepts into clear, confident, and practical answers. Our goal is to ensure students not only understand HR & OB frameworks, but can apply them effectively in high-stakes interviews and real-world situations.

To develop, enhance, and showcase the people management and leadership potential of FMS students, while strengthening the campus connect with top organizations known for strong HR practices and people-centric cultures.
